I chose Surya hotel for its excellent location near the Sonee Art Gallery, which I wanted to visit. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the property's paid airport shuttle service. The restaurant, 24-hour front desk, and free WiFi were also great features.

Great location, helpful staff. Fantastic views from the rooftop restaurant. They provide extra beds for kids. Expect slight delays during busy meal times. The owner is also very helpful.

Location just off different travel agency's that arrange desert safaris as well as jaisalmer, probably one of the best cities in India. Also, in castle. Soft beds and climate control, tea and coffee making facilities, and a couch bed...

Located in an historic setting, it offers a stunning view of the city, with options for food and drinks also available on the rooftop. Rooms are well-furnished and clean, with good value for the price.

I recently had an incredible stay at a hotel in Jaisalmer. The location was absolutely unique, as it was situated right inside a fort. From my room, I could even touch the walls of the fort! The view was simply legendary, with a bird's eye view of the Jaisalmer desert. Not only that, but the staff at this hotel were exceptional. They paid meticulous attention to every small detail and made me feel like royalty. The owner, Yogi, was always available to ensure that any problem or request was taken care of immediately. In fact, he even arranged a 3-day desert camel trek for me, which turned out to be the highlight of my stay. I had the pleasure of being guided by Sambu, who not only took us through unforgettable small villages but also impressed us with his incredible cooking skills. The hotel's restaurant also had a great view and served delicious food. I couldn't have asked for a better stay!

Absolutely fantastic low-budget hotel with exceptional value, we had a very very good stay. The location was magnificent, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Salim Singh ki Haveli. We visited restaurants and cafés close to the property.

The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a traditional balcony that overlooked the charming city below. We spent hours on the terraces, soaking in the spectacular views. The hospitality of the staff was outstanding, as they went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The food served was delicious, and they accommodated our every request with a smile. We even had the opportunity to embark on an unforgettable camel trek in the Thaar Desert, arranged by the hotel. Every promise made was fulfilled with utmost courtesy. We cannot wait to return to this affordable, classy gem of a hotel.

The hotel is situated in a prime location with stunning views and a royal experience. The service was great with staff doing everything possible to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The food was excellent with anything we wanted at any time, and we were even served our favorite dishes for breakfast.

The bathroom was in need of renovation and appeared worn out. Everything worked fine, but it did not match the standard of the rest of the hotel.
